Fully furnished with upscale resin outdoor furniture. Dining area seats 6, Tropical cushioned conversation seating area w/ gas fire table (guests provide propane if choosing to use this amenity in winter months - only for extended stays.) Ceiling fans, umbrella table and chairs, high end loungers.
DOCK area:
Tiki hut bar table w/stools, chairs, boat dock, (guests may bring their own boat or kayaks) separate concrete dock for fishing w/ rod holders and fish cleaning tray. Seating and wood burning fire-pit provided for winter months (firewood not provided - please purchase)
